Registration Notes
Note that your cell phone number will only be used for urgent communications for the duration of the contest. This will allow us to contact all pilots quickly in case any urgent communications are required (e.g., traffic event, weather event, adjustment in schedule).

Pilot's Meeting: 8AM Saturday and Sunday
Target Time to Complete All Rounds on Sunday: 2PM w/ awards to follow by ~2:30PM

Contest Format
This is an F5J USA Tour event--we will adhere to F5J USA Tour Rules. All F5J launch heights must be verified on the Altis screen by the timer at the conclusion of each flight. Approved F5J altimeter list

We will have flyoffs on Sunday after completing preliminary rounds.

Accommodations
On-site RV (no hookups) and tent camping are welcomed. Visit our club's Location page for Silent Wings Ranch details and nearby accommodations.

Meals
Lunch will be provided Saturday and Sunday as part of the entry fee.
 
Field Access for Practice
Silent Wings ranch will be accessible to all contest pilots starting Thursday, February 23 leading up to the contest. Please contact the CD and/or Contest Coordinator by email if you would like access the field earlier.
